The Kenyan government has decided to exempt Ghanaian travelers from the $30 Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) fee starting from June 19, 2024. This decision is in line with the visa-free regime agreement between the two countries, aiming to promote easier travel between them. Travelers from Ghana will now be able to apply for an ETA to Kenya at no cost, by submitting their application through the official portal before their departure. This move is expected to further strengthen the ties between Kenya and Ghana, as well as boost tourism in Kenya.
