AI-driven guest solutions provider Sojern has announced its integration with hospitality platform HotelKey.
The partnership connects Sojern’s guest experience platform with HotelKey’s property management system (PMS).
The combined solutions aim to solve hospitality challenges from streamlining housekeeping and maintenance to optimising labour management.
Customer Vista Investments has praised the AI concierge and reputation manager tools for producing “a personalised and exceptional guest experience.”
Sojern vice-president for the guest engagement platform Baskar Manivannan commented: “Hoteliers can now drive profitability with an AI-automated and personalised guest experience, increase guest satisfaction scores, generate ancillary revenue and promote direct bookings.”
HotelKey co-founder and president Aditya Thyagarajan added: “Our partnership not only simplifies operations but empowers hotels to deliver unparalleled satisfaction to guests.”

In early February 2024, HotelKey collaborated with RateGain Travel Technologies to bolster its distribution capabilities and teamed up with OTA Insight on cloud-based hospitality business intelligence solutions.
The combined client base of the two companies includes 12,500 hotels, 600 independent hotels and more than 10,000 travel marketers.
