Omio, a global travel service has broaden its booking platform to include tickets for FlixBus and FlixTrain which are two of Europe’s biggest travel options. Under this expansion, Omio will sell tickets for the largest European long-distance coach network and has plans to continually increase the range of train connections. Currently, 25% of all bookings via Omio are coach journeys, a trend that’s expected to rise with the availability of Flix tickets. The goal is to enhance the appeal and seamlessness of sustainable and collective travel. This agreement not only solidifies Omio’s position as the leading travel service platform across Europe but also globally. So far, the Omio Group’s platform has facilitated over 43 million rail, bus, ferry, and air travel bookings worldwide.
