Travala, a crypto-friendly travel booking service, has integrated its extensive inventory of over 2.2 million properties across 230 countries into Trivago, a leading global hotel and accommodation search platform. The integration will allow millions of Trivago users to explore, compare and book properties from Travala, offering payments in over 100 cryptocurrencies, including bitcoin, ether, BNB and its native token, AVA. This follows previous integrations with Skyscanner and KAYAK, making Travala visible alongside major travel agencies like Expedia and Booking.com. Travala CEO Juan Otero noted that with billions of daily searches on travel metasearch engines, adding Travala to Trivago boosts the crypto ecosystem by increasing crypto transactions for real-world services.
