RRJ-Led Group to Invest $600 Million in Private Jet Firm Vista

A consortium led by Asian private equity firm RRJ Capital has agreed on an equity investment of $600 million in global private aviation group Vista.

The transaction will help optimize Vista’s capital structure, enhance free cashflow generation and reduce debt, according to a statement on Monday, which confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report. The investment will also help Dubai-based Vista to diversify its investor base and strengthen its financial position.
