Accelya, an airline software provider, is set to launch FLX Select, an innovative platform designed to facilitate fast and standardized implementation of IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) standard. According to Accelya, FLX Select can aid airlines in implementing NDC offer generation and order creation in just 90 days, offering potential for new ancillary revenue generation and enhanced distribution efficiency. Accelya’s CEO, Sam Gilliland, stated that the new platform allows customers to take control of their retailing process, reduce distribution costs, and prepare for the transformation of Offer and Order through their FLX platform.
