According to figures from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam welcomed 17.5 million international visitors in 2024—a 38.9 per cent rise compared with the same period in 2023. Tourism revenue reached approximately VND840 trillion, marking a 23.8 per cent increase year-on-year.
