Let’s hope that blood-pressure medication is available in the Inmarsat canteen – news was released this week that the launch of the company’s final I-4 satellite, the last major component needed to bring FleetBroadband global, has been delayed for a second time.
The planned August 14th launch of the Proton M / Breeze M vehicle, with the Inmarsat-4 F3 satellite, has reportedly been delayed to allow time to replace and retest a launcher electrical component.
“A fault was discovered during testing of the rocket stage, following attachment of the Inmarsat-4 F3 satellite to the launch vehicle,” said the company, in a statement.
