Travel tech company Mystifly has officially launched its Smart Selling Platform (SSP), a platform as a service (PaaS) designed to optimize the sourcing, selling, and servicing of diverse air travel content. The platform is intended to address shortcomings in current airline distribution infrastructure by offering practical tech solutions for travel sellers and airline partners. Costco Travel is the first to utilize the new platform. SSP not only consolidates and normalizes various air content such as NDC, direct connect, and GDS, but it also leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance source data for improved accuracy and post-booking automation. This in turn can result in reduced agent call time and increased conversions.
