SSP seeks to improve the current airline distribution infrastructure. Costco Travel is the first to use SSP. The cloud-based solution utilizes artificial intelligence and natural language processing to improve data accuracy. It encourages post-booking automation, reducing call time for agents and operational costs. The system’s Manager module further streamlines travel management processes.
