EgyptAir’s office in Turkey organised a workshop in Istanbul for tourism and travel agents to introduce its new NDC (New Distribution Capability) system. The event saw the attendance of over 50 agents, along with Nada Badawi, an NDC system representative, who led discussions on the new platform.
Amnia El-Zahid, who opened the workshop with a welcome address, highlighted the importance of collaborating with travel agents in transitioning to the NDC system, which offers a more efficient and cost-effective way to present EgyptAir’s products and additional travel services. Badawi then provided a comprehensive overview of the NDC’s benefits, emphasising how the modern platform can streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
