Hyderabad: The govt has proposed 27 tourism clusters in the state, with each cluster assimilating two or three nearby tourist destinations. These clusters will feature enhanced road networks, transport facilities, resorts and improved sanitation. The govt has allocated 775 crore for the tourism department in the 2025 budget.
Examples of such clusters will be the Warangal Fort and nearby temples, Pakhal lake, Guduru wildlife sanctuary, Kadem, Kawal tiger reserve, Saptha Gundala waterfalls, Jodeghat, Utnoor, Ushegaon and Keslapur, and the Kagaznagar Tiger Landscape.
Apart from these, the state also proposes to develop Nallamala forest as a tourist destination with 242 crore to create more safari routes, boating, and wellness centres….
