The newly appointed Director General of the National Institute of Hospitality and Tourism, Abisayo Fagade, has started working assiduously to transform the hospitality and tourism sector in the country.
Fagade, who is an accomplished marketing professional, recently announced to journalists that workers in the sector would be able to register for free with the institute from December 1 to January 15, 2025.
The law mandates that all personnel in the industry must be registered with the institute.
The new DG added that those who don’t take advantage of the free registration might have to pay for it.
