Alaska Airlines has unveiled a new, high-tech facility at the Harvey Milk Terminal 1 in San Francisco International Airport (SFO) after a two-year relocation project from Terminal 2. As a Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group, the airline has made a multi-million-dollar investment in this project, enabling it to offer a premium, enhanced customer experience as the largest carrier at Harvey Milk Terminal 1. The new features include an automated bag drop.
