A five tourists have already died from extreme heat in Greece which has prompted the government to close major tourist spots. Some Southern European cities are expected to start seeing more climate-related disasters. Despite scientists claiming that these events can be predicted four to five weeks in advance, many cities in Southern Europe are yet to develop strategies for such extreme weather patterns.
