The Indian government has unveiled ambitious plans to expand its cruise tourism sector through the Cruise Bharat Mission, aiming to host 10 lakh sea cruise tourists by 2029. Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Sarbananda Sonowal, highlighted this initiative in Parliament, shedding light on the country’s evolving cruise tourism landscape.
