Mysuru: Tourism stakeholders in Mysuru have welcomed the revision of “Ude Desh ka Aam Naagrik” Regional Connectivity Scheme (UDAN-RCS) in the budget, and are optimistic about enhanced air connectivity from Mysuru.
Industry representatives are advocating for the resumption of regular flights to Goa and Cochin, citing strong demand. The Cochin service ceased in early 2023, while Goa connections ended in Feb 2024. Presently, non-RCS routes operate to Hyderabad and Chennai.
