The development of Munich Airport’s new pier at Terminal 1 is swiftly progressing with interior fitting currently ongoing, and completion expected by the end of 2025. The new pier will consolidate the non-Schengen traffic of Terminal 1, making it the new hub for airlines like American Airlines, British Airways, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, and Turkish Airlines. The Management Board of the airport, including its CEO, CFO and Director of Infrastructure, and the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Security Officer, have recently toured the construction site.
