The new tourism minister, Rosanna Law, said Saturday saw some 145,000 visitor arrivals from the mainland, nearly 30 percent more than the daily average for November.
Law believed this was due to last Sunday’s resumption of multi-entry permits for Shenzhen residents, saying various sectors should seize the opportunities brought by these visitors.
