Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni, in statements to Greek correspondents and journalists at the World Travel Market (WTM) in London, where Greece was the honoured country, stated: “The year 2023, as we know, was a record year and from what the data has shown so far, 2024 will be the new record year for Greek tourism. Already from the contacts we have had with the British market and beyond, show that the pre-bookings for 2025 are going very well but Greece’s strategy aims at the qualitative development of tourism, at moderation and balance, at the protection of the natural and cultural environment, at a diffusion of visitors to all parts of the country”.
Greece had a strong presence in the exhibition taking place on November…
