The travel startup Lighthouse, previously known as OTA Insight, has acquired Berlin-based HQ Revenue. Lighthouse is known for assisting hotels and short-term rentals in benchmarking and analyzing their rates. The company, which has raised nearly $100 million in venture funding and boasts 65,000 hotelier customers, did not disclose details of the acquisition deal. This move is in line with Lighthouse’s expansion strategy, which favors talent acquisition instead of simply increasing customer numbers.
