Barber landed the top prize not long after picking up the Trade Staff Writer of the Year award earlier in the night at the ceremony in central London on Monday (22 April).
Hundreds of journalists, influencers and PRs gathered at The Londoner to celebrate the most prominent figures in the travel media.
TravMedia said: “She keeps the industry on the inside track, she is the veritable oracle of developments in travel, and she’s just won Travel Writer of the Year 2024 at this year’s TravMedia Awards! We bow down before you, Madeleine Barber, TTG Media!”
