Seop agents recover bronze plaque taken from monument in the Center – Disclosure/ Seop
Agents from the Public Order Secretariat (Seop) recovered this Tuesday (10/12) the bronze identification plate of the monument in Mahatma Gandhi Square, in downtown Rio.
The team was patrolling for urban planning and clearing public areas when they identified the plaque wrapped in a plastic bag inside the fountain, apparently to be lost in the future. The incident was registered at the 5th DP (Mem de Sá), in the Center, and the piece will be returned to the Monuments Management of the Conservation Secretariat.
