TravelSky Technology Limited at its EGM held on January 23, 2025 approved appointment of Mr. Lyu Wei as the shareholder representative supervisor of the seventh Supervisory Committee (the term of office is the same as that of other members of the seventh Supervisory Committee) with effect from the conclusion of the EGM.
