Eleven Britons among 15 people injured in Turkey tourist bus crash

A tourist bus has crashed in Turkey leaving at least 15 people injured including 11 Britons.

The incident happened in the Manavgat district of Antalya, one of the country’s most popular tourist spots.

A 53-year-old British man involved injured in the collision is fighting for his life, Turkish media has reported.

Local reports said that two vehicles collided then one veered off the road.

An Irish tourist was also injured along with three staff working for the tour company, according to reports in Turkey.

First aid was administered to the injured at the scene before they were taken to local hospitals.

A pink overturned bus with a “Panter Safari” logo was left damaged at the roadside.

Footage from the crash scene showed shocked holidaymakers with blankets around their shoulders being helped after the collision.
