The Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), a prominent figure in the air travel industry bridging airlines, agencies, and corporate buyers, has unveiled its latest resource: best practices for New Distribution Capability (NDC).
These guidelines were crafted by the NDC Advancement Working Group, a collaboration of airlines, global distribution systems (GDS), travel tech providers, travel agencies, consolidators, and travel management companies (TMC). Formed in October 2023, the group has invested over 50 hours addressing key challenges and formulating solutions to support seamless NDC adoption.
