Dubai Renovates 1,950 Rooms Amid Iran War Impact

At least seven Dubai hotels have removed nearly 2,000 rooms from the market for renovations since the Iran war reduced occupancy by nearly half, according to CoStar data showing March occupancy fell to 36.2% from 71.4% in the same period last year.
