The team at the “high performing” market town agency, which is in the running for Top 50 Travel Agencies 2024 by TTG in the South East region, will relocate to their new corner site on Tuesday (20 February) where they will start trading on Thursday (22 February).
Branch manager Natasha Elliot said the new premises would make the store more accessible and visible.
“Romsey is a town where a lot of people know each other and, alongside our marketing, word-of-mouth recommendations are our main source of exposure,” she said. “Maintaining our excellent service but in a newer, bigger site gives us confidence that our community relations will flourish even more than before.”
The Romsey store generated 30% of its revenue from new customers last year, which Hays said underlined its ability to draw in new-to-Hays clients.
