The airline will operate services from Liverpool to Corfu, Heraklion, Kos, Rhodes and Zante this summer, bringing the total number of Greek airports it will fly to to 14.
It will also soon offer flights from Birmingham to Mytilene and from Newcastle to Chania.
Jet2 has also increased the number of arriving seats by 12% to 1.52 million for the whole year, adding capacity to Cofu, Lesvos, Santorini, Rhodes and Crete in March and April.
Rhodes and Crete will also see their programmes extended until mid-November, the airline said. Meanwhile, tour operator arm, Jet2holidays, has added 200 hotels to its portfolio, bringing the total number of accommodations available to more than 1,500.
