GuestLogix, which filed for creditor protection under Canada’s Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, has sold OpenJaw Technologies to Travelsky, the state-owned Chinese firm known for its field of global distribution of Chinese travel. OpenJaw is a provider of travel distribution software solutions, while Travelsky is the global distribution source for Chinese companies in the travel industry. The transaction does not include any assets of GuestLogix’s on-board business and the deal is valued at $38.5m, after closing adjustments, but prior to transaction fees and associated expenses.
