Features of the portal – iberostaragents.com – will include complete, updated product content, destination insights, and tools and resources for agents, as well as content about the brand, corporate concepts, posts about Iberostar hotels and resorts, regular updates on new products and other news from the Spanish firm.
Iberostar says the portal will be a “one-stop hub” for agents to get the resources, news, insights and contacts they need to sell the brand effectively.
New product updates will include news of refurbishments and renovations, with dedicated sections regularly placing differing features of Iberostar’s offering in the spotlight.
These will include focuses on sustainability initiatives, kids’ club experiences and MICE options. Agents will also be able to access up-to-date product imagery.
The new site will flag too to Iberostar’s trade loyalty platform, Star Agents, and its Iberostar Pro B2B booking portal.
